FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

The Bossier Parish School Board delegates to the Superintendent, as agent for the Board, the responsibility for administration of any building project.  The architect shall be responsible for providing the plans and specifications for the project.  The construction of the building shall be the responsibility of the contractor within the plans and specifications of the building as approved by the Board.  The Superintendent shall keep abreast of the construction project and shall periodically inform the Board of the progress of the construction.  Oral and/or written reports shall be presented to the Board by the Superintendent as needed.
